Accessibility

Our venue spans three floors, all accessible via our lift, which is now fully operational for guest use. If you require lift access, please let us know ahead of your visit, as there are a small number of unavoidable steps at the main entrance.

Please note there are also stairs leading to Dear Josephine’s.

The main ballroom is located on the first floor, with toilets on the ground and third floors. Our wheelchair-accessible/inclusive toilet - located on the third floor - is currently undergoing refurbishment. In the meantime, some cubicles are more spacious, and select ground-floor cubicles include sinks.

Seating is available throughout the venue, with fixed seating in each of our rooms. Please be aware that some events may include low lighting and loud music. Assistance dogs are welcome.

We are actively working to improve step-free access at the entrance and to reopen our accessible toilet in the near future. If you have any specific access requirements, we encourage you to get in touch ahead of your visit. Our team are always happy to help - please speak to a member of staff if you need any assistance during your time with us.
