Fill in the contact form with a clear description of the item, the date you visited, where you think it was lost, alongside any other identifying details.

We keep general lost property, including clothing, for 4 weeks. After this, unclaimed items may be donated to charity or disposed of.

Valuables, passports, ID, wallets, phones, bank cards and other sensitive items are stored securely and may be passed to Police Scotland if we cannot return them to the owner.

You may be asked to provide proof of ownership before an item is returned. Customers cannot search through lost property themselves.

The Marlborough cannot accept responsibility for belongings left unattended, but we’ll always do our best to help reunite lost items with their owners.
