Yoga & Coffee Club

Morning Rush x The Marlborough

Sunday 11th October 11am

Our third yoga and coffee club - as the winter settles in - we will be held at Marlborough in the grand ballroom.

Start your Sunday with energising yoga guided by Molly. Our yoga practise will weave pranyama (breathwork), meditation and asana (postures) throughout a nourishing 60-minute flow designed to help you reset for the week ahead.

This event is designed for all experience levels , whether you’re completely new to yoga or a regular yogi. We will build up to more dynamic postures with modifications always available.

After class, we’ll take a wee stroll over to the newly opened viral spot Morning Rush, where everyone will receive a complimentary specialty coffee. Stay, chat, and connect with the community afterwards. Come solo or with pals!

The morning includes:

  • 60-minute guided yoga flow in the Marlborough ballroom 

  • 1 speciality drink from Morning Rush 

Please bring:

  • Yoga Mat 

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable clothing / Layers 

Good to know:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled

  • Spaces are limited to keep the session intimate and relaxed
